1. Purpose
This procedure defines the process when recieved from customer for any electronic and/or electrical items by technical services department.
2. Scope
This procedure applies for maintenance work by FAAS technical staffs beginning from receiving item from customer until delivery the maintained items to customer.
A maintenance work is categorised under technical services when the following criteria is met;
- Items from Royal Malaysia Airforce, Electronic.
- Items from other customer, electronic /or electrical.
